This policy explains what information we collect on safebuild.pro, why, and what your rights are. The site is operated by Safe Build Pro, a venture of Hertsel Gil ("we").
What we collect
When you fill in the trial sign-up form: your name, company, role, phone, work email, site or project name and the number of cameras on site. We collect nothing else through the form.
How we use it
- To contact you about the trial and give you access when it opens.
- To send you updates about Safe Build Pro. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Form details reach us by email through a form-delivery service (Web3Forms) and are kept in our mailbox (Google). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address. These services may store data outside your country.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long
We keep sign-up details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to info@safebuild.pro and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
